Business Ideas® markets and supplies tea products including:

• Original Assam Dust Grade Tea
• Premium Assam & Darjeeling Leaf Mix Tea
• Luxury Assam Tea
• Darjeeling Whole Leaf Green Tea

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, pack sizes, prices and images accurately.

Product packaging, appearance and other non-material details may occasionally vary.

2. Prices

Product prices displayed on our online store are subject to change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of any genuine pricing or technical error as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable shipping, taxes or other charges, where relevant, will be shown or communicated as part of the ordering process.

3. Minimum Order

Customers may order any product or pack quantity available for purchase through our online store. There is no general 1 kg minimum order requirement.

Certain dealer, wholesale or bulk offers may have separate minimum quantities where clearly stated.

4. Shipping Charges

Our standard courier charge for an eligible minimum-order shipment is currently ₹120, unless a different shipping or transport charge applies and is displayed or agreed for the particular order.

Larger dealer and bulk orders may be dispatched through courier, parcel service or another suitable transport provider.

5. Payment

Orders must be paid through one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay.

Business Ideas® does not require customers to provide their confidential card PIN, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password directly to us.

6. Order Confirmation

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted.

Orders may be subject to payment confirmation, product availability, delivery serviceability and verification where reasonably required.

If we are unable to fulfil an accepted paid order, we will contact the customer and take appropriate steps regarding replacement, modification or refund as applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

• Mobile number
• Complete delivery address
• PIN code
• Other information reasonably required for delivery

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed delivery.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is subject to courier or transport serviceability.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, transport disruptions, remote locations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Tea is a consumable food product.

Returns of opened or used tea products solely because of personal taste or change of mind are generally not accepted.

Damaged, incorrect, defective or materially misdescribed products will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable law.

10. Dealer & Reseller Enquiries

Information regarding dealer opportunities, wholesale prices, margins, suggested retail prices or business opportunities may change from time to time.

Becoming a dealer does not guarantee any particular level of sales, income or profit.

Actual business results depend on factors including local demand, selling price, operating expenses and the dealer's own sales efforts.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use the website for unlawful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Business Ideas® branding, original website content and promotional materials created for our business may not be commercially reproduced or represented as belonging to another business without appropriate authorization.

Third-party trademarks and platform names remain the property of their respective owners.
