We deliver our tea products to customers, retailers, resellers and dealers across India through courier and parcel services.

📦 Minimum Order

Order Quantity
Customers may order any product or pack quantity available for purchase through our online store. There is no general 1 kg minimum order requirement.

🚚 Courier Charges

Standard shipping charge: ₹120/- per order within India.

Any different shipping charge applicable to larger, heavier, remote-area or special shipments will be communicated or displayed where applicable before the order is finalized.

🇮🇳 Delivery Across India

We accept orders for delivery to serviceable locations across India.

Delivery availability may depend on the customer's PIN code and the courier company's service network.

⏱ Order Processing

After successful payment and order confirmation, we will prepare the products for dispatch.

We aim to process orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Processing and delivery times can vary depending on product availability, order volume, destination, courier operations, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

📲 Dispatch Information

Where available, courier or tracking information may be shared with the customer after dispatch.

Customers are requested to provide a correct mobile number, complete delivery address and PIN code while placing the order.

📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Business Ideas® is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

We will try to correct the information if the parcel has not already been dispatched.

📦 Receiving Your Parcel

Customers are requested to inspect the outer parcel when it is delivered.

If the parcel appears severely damaged, please take photographs before opening it.

If a tea packet inside is damaged, leaking, torn or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.

🚛 Bulk Orders

For larger dealer or bulk orders, we may use courier, parcel service or other suitable transport depending on the quantity and destination.

Shipping or transport charges for such orders may differ from the standard courier charge.

Please contact us for bulk-order delivery arrangements.

⚠️ Courier Delays

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier or transport provider, actual delivery time can be affected by weather, transport disruptions, holidays, remote locations, operational delays or other circumstances outside our direct control.

We will reasonably assist customers with available tracking information if a delivery problem occurs.
