Refund & Replacement Policy

Business Ideas® – Original Assam Tea

We want our customers to receive their tea products in good condition and exactly as ordered. Please read our refund and replacement policy before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged tea packet
• A leaking or torn packet
• An incorrect product
• An incorrect quantity
• A product materially different from what you ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, please send:

• Your order number
• Customer name
• Photographs of the parcel
• Photographs of the affected tea packet(s)
• A brief description of the problem

Where appropriate after verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Opened Food Products

For hygiene, food-safety and quality reasons, opened or used tea packets cannot normally be returned simply because of personal taste or preference.

Please check the product and packaging before opening it.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law for defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant products.

Change of Mind

As tea is a packaged consumable food product, we generally do not accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind after the order has been delivered.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible before dispatch. We will try to assist where reasonably possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the appropriate available payment/refund method.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account can depend on the payment provider and your bank.

Courier Damage

If the outer courier parcel appears severely damaged when delivered, please take photographs of the package before opening it.

If the tea packets inside are damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so that we can review the issue.
